Our Story
Hello! We are Ryan and Valerie Borchers and we are excited that you've discovered Waste Works! As residents of Fort Wayne, we want the best for our friends and neighbors. Unfortunately, our options for garbage collection have been inadequate in terms of pricing, customer service, and environmental initiatives. We realized that we could raise the bar and offer better alternatives.
We are confident that with Ryan's two decades of waste management experience and Valerie's 12+ years of experience in finance and leading high-growth start-up organizations, we make the perfect team to develop solutions to help our neighbors avoid the headache of missed trash pick-ups, excessive price hikes, and inadequate services that are not properly compensated.
